[Elecraft] time for a forum in stead of mailinglist

I receive several mailing lists.  I can read all of them in one place and
have only one place to check.

Having to go to a different location for each thing just to check if
something has been updated increases the effort and therefore reduces the
value.

With very few exceptions, if I can get to the Web, I can get to my email
and I already need to check for the email.  I will choose to receive any
of the lists I am on as email until that is no longer an option.  At that
time, I may decide the effort isn't worth the benefit.

I wish to thank the contributers to this list, Elecraft, and the QTH.net
folks for making this the valuable resource it is.
