[Elecraft] time for a forum in stead of mailinglist

I am disappointed that I will miss potentially good information that may flow 
on the forum.  I have enjoyed having all discussions on one Elecraft list. 
This single list facilitates seaching for information and is much more 
efficient than multiple sources.

It is my choice but I will only be participating in the official Elecraft list 
for my information gathering.  Good luck to those of you who like the forum 
mode and have the time for multiple sources.
