[Elecraft] time for a forum in stead of mailinglist

Hi Dick,

The mailman at qth.net server disk crashed this weekend. when they recovered the 
lists unfortunately all list options were set for full mail. (Not digest or 
suspend.)

We already support the forum like feature you asked for. Our Web based daily 
email archives hosted at AC6RM are searchable and sortable by topic. see:
http://www.elecraft.com/elist.html

All you need to do is to set your Elecraft list options to 'no mail', which 
will still allow you to post to the list. You can then scan the subject lines 
at the above listed archive.

To change your list options, go to

http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft

Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email address and click on the 
button to edit your options. you will also need to use the new password 
emailed to you with the new list welcome message.
