local (EDT)...20M. 


   Fire up Kixie, my KX1, decide to use just the
internal batteries.  Probably getting as much as a
watt and a half out, when the wind's right.   


   14.060, call CQ a couple times...G3MNS, Ian, over
in Mablethorpe - "the seaside town for holidays in
Lincolnshire on UK," comes back for a 2 x 559
quarter-hour chat.  That was delightful.
