[Elecraft] remote KAP100/KAT100

Thanks to list members who replied to my question about remote interfacing a 
KPA100/KAT100 with and without the KIO2.

To paraphrase the answers:
It works either way, using the KIO2 is straight forward and retains computer 
control. The KPA100 and KAT100 can be operated remotely without a KIO2 via 
AUXbus and homebrew wiring, but the I/O will not function in the KPA100 
without the TXD and RXD lines.

Since I like simple solutions and want to have computer control while QRO, I 
am going the easy route and use the KIO2.
