[Elecraft] KX1 Paddle

I did the same thing as you George and immediately came to the same
conclusion. I adapted to the KXPD1 pretty quickly and really like it now.
I'm now looking into a way to mount it to my Altoids tin NorCal keyer so I
can use the KXPD1 with it. I'd highly recommend the KXPD1.

Replying to Tim, NZ8J.
Initially I did not order the paddle kit with the rest of the KX1. I used
another paddle which with it's mounting was the same size as the
transceiver. I soon realised that this was a stupid set up and  have since
built and installed the Elecraft paddle.  Now I would not be without it.
It's feel is different but easy to get used to and the convenience of the
dedicated paddle has to be tried to be believed.
