[Elecraft] Elecraft WAS #34 issued to K4UK

Congratulations to Stan Reas, K4UK of Moneta, VA.
He has achieved the Elecraft WAS award by working all 50 states with 
his Elecraft K2 running 5-watts.  Most impressively, Stan completed his
WAS effort in the ARRL November Sweep Stakes with a Clean Sweep of
all ARRL Sections.

WAS Certificate #34 was issued to him.
