[Elecraft] KDSP2 filter adjustment guide

I'm upgrading my K2 (3314) and its firmware and building the KDSP2, 
incorporating  the new firmware, as an alternative to my KAF2.  I like the 
K2 / KAF2 sound after tweaking with Spectrogram.

I prefer a "natural" sound on CW and SSB and have not enjoyed the DSP sound 
on some other manufacturers equipment.

Is there a plain guys guide to the adjustments possible on the KDSP2 
filters and their effect on perceived sound quality and the intelligibility 
of weak signals, so I can get into the right ballpark quickly?
