[Elecraft] sigmoidal keying mod

I am getting reports of a very quick "whoop" on my signal as a result of
this mod.  I can hear it when listeing with an adjacent receiver.  Given a
choice, I would reduce the length of the rise time which the diagram with
the mod shows as ten ms or more.

Are we talking "whoop" as in frequency change here?  That surely couldn't
be caused by the rise time of the CW envelope, sounds more like a synth
settling problem changing from RX to TX frequency.  Has the transition
guard time been reduced by the mod?
