[Elecraft] Antenna feedline Placement

Hello everyone....I would appreciate any advice from the collective =
wisdom of this group regarding how to best route my antenna feedlines =
and earth ground into my shack. The shack is in my basement and I am =
going to have to punch through a cinder block wall which will come =
outside the house at about ground level to route the feedlines. My =
questions are:

Is it OK to put 2 feedlines adjacent to each other to get =
outside to the antennas? One feedline is ladder line and the other is =
RG-8 coax. One will go to a loop antenna and the other to a dipole. Is =
it OK to put the earth ground for the rig through the same opening? I =
was thinking of routing a plastic pipe through the basement wall and =
up the side of the house for sort of a conduit to put the feedlines in. =
Would it be better to use a metal conduit?

I am getting back in the ham business after many years(just retired) and =
would appreciate any comments from the group. Hopefully, a K2 is in the =
future. Thanks very much...Jim N4XWA
