I too had trouble printing these cards at the proper size.  I solved the pr=
oblem by using Microsoft Word.  Start a new blank Word document.  Set Fil=
e->Page Setup margins of 1" top and bottom, .5 " left and right; paper or=
ientation landscape.

Use Insert->Picture->From File and insert the first jpg (page 1).  The curs=
or should be at the end of this picture, then do the same for the next 2 =
pictures.  This will stack them left to right together across the page.  =
Then hit a Ctrl-Enter to force a new page.  Click on the right justify bu=
tton on the toolbar.  Insert pictures 4-6 in the same manner.

Then do File->Print and select Properties for your printer.  Pick Flip on S=
hort Edge under the Layout tab.  This is assuming you have the ability to=
 select 2-sided on your printer.  I was using a Xerox 5400 PS laser.  Som=
e of the ink-jets will also let you manually do 2-sided printing.

This should print the 3 pages almost exactly on top of the other 3 pages on=
 1 piece of paper, letting you cut it out and laminate both sides.  You c=
an then accordian-fold the pages into the size of one.  If you lose too m=
uch because of them butting together, cut the pages apart as pairs and la=
minate an 1/8 inch apart to make the folding easier.
