Earl, Just reporting what has been discussed in great depth on 
CQ-Contest.  As for the Stew Perry, who's to say that
exchange of RST might not make it even easier to prepare for the balance 
of the exchange.  The grid square could begin
with a fairly large variety of letters.

Not necessarily, I worked many stations who sent the remaining info out 
of order.  I recall one or two that were probably
sending at 30+ WPM and it did throw me.

Sweepstakes is a very long exchange with a very strict format.  I know 
several of the locals here who do not work SS
because they don't like the exchange.  I, on the other hand, love it.
