[Elecraft] KX1 quick-reference link is up

There was some discussion about the need for a compact quick-reference guide for
the KX1. One possibility is to photo-reduce the one-page quick-reference in the
KX1 manual (Appendix G). We just extracted this page and have added a separate
link to it to make it easier to download. See:

Feel free to download, shrink, fold, laminate, staple, and manipulate this file
as needed  :)
