Suggestion for exchange in the future: =20

* lose the RST... why?  because there is no time to type in an RST sent =
if other than 5NN, because you are sending when that RST happens.  A =
variable RST is just plain awkward with computer logging.

* replace it with the state as many folks seem interested in the state.
