[Elecraft] K1 building...I'm an idiot

I'm in the process of building a K1. And that's a lot of fun!
And I did a dumb thing.
I installed the wrong IC at U2...on the RF board, and  had to remove 
it...remove the solder etc...
AND then I decided I would clean the holes with a small drill and Dremel 
tool....and installed the right IC...
You guess the beautiful result!!!!!  I beautifully destroyed the soldering 
pads ....I now know....I should never have done that!
Before I buy a new RF board and parts, can anyone tell me what resistance I 
should measure between each pins of U2 and ground...?
