[Elecraft] K2 - auto spacing keyer

I'm planning to buy a K2/100 in the coming months.  I would very much
like an auto spacing option to be added to the keyer in future firmware
upgrades.  I always use ACS and it would save me taking another keyer on
portable trips etc.

I suspect this could be implemented quite easily, but won't be unless a
fair number of K2 users express interest.

Icing on the cake would be a 'bug' mode option too, which would feature
a forced dot space added at the end of a dot/dah and between dahs, if
you see what I mean, (as implemented in designs by G3DXZ and some
versions of the RMK keyer).  These electronic bugs are a pleaseure to
use and produce nice code.

Top priority though is for ACS !
