[Elecraft] KPA 100 - KIO2 not working...

What version of K2 Control board do you have? It sounds like you have a
Rev A Control board, and you haven't done the modifications to connect  
the
serial port signals to the MCU. Make sure you have performed the steps  
on
pages 51-53 of the KPA100 (Revision A) manual which modify this board.
