[Elecraft] vox improperly working on psk31

I started operating psk31 today with my k2. One of the problems I have
encountered while operating vox is while receiving the K2's relay throws it
into xmit. Off course nothing is xmiting but I then cannot receive. I turn
the audio volume fully counterclockwise and still the relay does not
release. I have not had any problems like this with cw or ssb. I sure could
use some suggestions to remedy this.
