[Elecraft] K2 RF bd Resistance check (8B) U6 pin 8 to gnd 38 ohms -Solved

Hi Frank,
 I found it!

 After some sleuthing around with my VOM, I found some
very odd readings around Q19. Long story short, I had
one lead of RC14 soldered into a grounded hole on the
board, rather than the correct one. This placed the
source of Q19 and I think pin 1 of U4 at GND. -oops
Sometimes it pays to put the soldering iron down and
get a good night's sleep instead of pushing on.
