Hi Rich,

You can also use a drill bit that's larger than the hole in Q6's tab, to put
a countersink in the hole in the tab, making it impossible for the
countersink of the screw to reach it. I think it would be a good idea for
every builder to countersink the tab, in order to prevent shorts in the
future. My short was intermittent, until I had the panel off a couple times,
removing and tightening the screw, so I'm afraid there are some more KX1's
out there that will short out after the screw gets tightened a few times,
unless their owners realize it and countersink the hole.
