Hi Fred

A K2 with no antenna tuner sets output power by measuring
RF voltage at the antenna output (RF output detector D9).

So, actual RF output will depend a lot on the antenna impedance
as presented at this point.

The antenna tuner has a circuit for measuring forward and
reflected power.
