[Elecraft] short-form FCC comment site (BPL)

BPL is being rolled out first here in Cincinnati . . .(and remember how BPL
is supposed to bring the internet to the "underserved" and "rural areas"?
The places they're rolling it out are the riches, most densely populated
area of the county!)  the local paper is treating hams like they're nothing
. . . there've been two stories so far and if is interested in how it's
being treated in the press:
