[Elecraft] EQP-2004 3/13, finding the rules

For all who could not find the EQP-2004 rules, here is how to do so...
Connect to the Elecraft Web site, home page. On the left margin at the
bottom
of the links list, you will find a Search box. Enter "EQP" in there and
do the search.
That will find several EQP items, one is the 2004 rules.
