[Elecraft] K2 transverter bands and new firmware (2.04P)

When you install the new K2 firmware, you may need to do two things in order for
transverter bands to work properly. On each transverter band used:

 1. Do direct frequency entry on both VFOs A and B to ensure that
    the I.F. band used is set up properly. (To do direct frequency
    entry, hold BAND+ and BAND- together until you see the "-----"
    prompt, then use the numeric keypad to enter the desired frequency.)

 2. In the associated TRNx menu entries, set the OUT parameter to the
    desired power output level in watts (H0.1-H15.0).

Once the K60XV is available, you'll also be able to use its split-path,
low-level interface. In conjunction with this, the OUT parameter can be set
directly in milliwatts (L.01-L1.27) or watts (H0.1-H15.0).
