To use the shortcuts, you must have KDSP2 MCU firmware
version 3.10 which is available from Elecraft.  When you ask
the DSP for its firmware version (how to do this is
explained in the KDSP2 manual), it will report, among other
things,

  dSP 3.18
  CtL 3.10

CtL must be version 3.10 for the shortcuts to work.  3.00
does not recognize the new commands.

dSP version 3.16 and 3.18 both work fine with the new CtL
version.
