[Elecraft] new software

I just installed the new software.  Everything seems normal but the shortcuts 
to the DSP unit.  For example when I press the XFIL and MSG button 
concurrently, I get a message "NOT INST".  I can access it fine using the desplay and 
band+ and band- keys.  It is probably OM operator error.  Any thoughts?
