[Elecraft] N-Gen: LED but no noise!

Hi Ted,

Measure the DC voltage at the output pin of U1.  If it is 3 or 4 volts, then
U1 is OK.  You can also measure the voltage across the zener diode.  It
should be about 6.8 volts.
