[Elecraft] O.T. - Fluke 8000a repair part needed

  http://www.usbid.com:80/catalog3/page.cfm/63 (put in sc522 for search) 
has two sources for this obsolete IC.  I'm not sure if their data are 
to be believed, but one group has 2 left, and the other has over 500 
left.  I can't find any information about non-obsolete equivalences.  I 
have no idea what the above site is like or how recent the information 
may be.
