[Elecraft] Firmwre upgrade

     You need to leave the rig on for a bit (30 seconds, a minute? It's in
the manual), the message will clear, and you're radio will be ready for
re-configuring.  I presume this time is needed for re-initializing all of
the configuration memory.  Did you do this?
