[Elecraft] Firmwre upgrade

I constructed the DSP board for my K-2 today and all went well.  Proceeded
to do the CW keying mod which also requires the Firmware update.  No problem
with the hardware mod, but when turning the radio on after the two new
Firmware EEProm's were installed, all I get is the 201 message display.  The
manual says this shouldn't happen, but if it does it will only happen on the
initial power up after a Firmware upgrade.

I can't get the radio out of this mode.  I haven't tried going back to the
old Firmware yet.  Any ideas from anyone out there.

I have three more club owned K-2's to do the same mods/additions/upgrades to
and I want to get this one straightened out before proceeding on the next
one.  And FD is only 3 weeks away.
