[Elecraft] Sequencing a chain of equipment with a K2 at the head.

I recently measured # 3664, and mine is right at 20 ms, from external
PTT out to RF present. All I had to do to drive an old Henry 2K was put
a speed up circuit on the Henry relay. It is kind of noisy (soon to be
replaced by vac relays), but it works just fine. The speedup circuit
reduced the Henry relay pull in from 25 ms to about 13. It does take
the Henry about 130 ms to shut off, so I keep the TR delay on the K2
cranked up a bit. Not wonderful QSK, but at least I don't have to worry
about kicking the foot switch out of my reach.........
