K1 S/N 1883 is alive!

I have the 4 band module built - my RF board is complete and the front panel.

I have gone through the RX alignment and I just finished the Xmitter section and I am getting good peaking on RF output.

I have a couple of problems.....

1.  I am hearing a tone in the headphones all the time - Slightly above the noise floor - The Tuning knob does not change the frequency of the tone- It sounds like about 400-600 Hz (approx by ear).....

2.  My 20 meter band is dead - No Rx or Tx - All other bands are great - I built my board for 40 - 30 - 20 and 15 meters.  I have examined the filter board for obvious items (solder stuff etc.)  I have not done any troubleshooting yet.

Anyone have any ideas on these items?

I am really excited to get it on the air - All the other bands look pretty good - I cannot wait to hook it up to my inverted vee and give it a go but I think I am gonna wait until I get these bugs worked out.
