Ha! That's hilarious - the prefix of a routine, FCC random-assigned call
sign for a station in Oregon a multiplier? 

Okay, I'll promise never to try to understand the mind of a contester.
Quantum mechanics - or the mind of that cute redhead who sat next to me in
French class - must be simple by comparison! 

Next contest (except for the occasional Field Day outing), I'll be chewing
the rag with someone on 30 meters.

Actually Ron, in the WPX contest AC7 is a prefix multiplier.

I don't think we worked an AC7. We had second high # of prefixes worked in
the US and didn't work an AC7.

So that made you a rare multiplier. Rare as hen's teeth, for everybody.
