[Elecraft] No Tx Indication

 My K2/100 s/n 3455 has worked flawlessly since I
built it about a year ago, but it now has a strange
problem.  The S-meter works as well as it always has
in receive mode, but when I transmit there is
nothing indicated; no rf and no alc indication. 
However, with an external SWR meter in the line, the
output is fine.  In fact, I made a couple of QSO's
and got good reports on signal strength and audio.
  
Have I somehow done something to cause the meter not
to work in Tx mode, or do I have something more
serious going on here?  Please tell me I just have
something set wrong.
