Hi Wil.
First I will check soldering of U1's socket on the front panel board.
Resoldering even if it looks OK.
Next check all pins of U1 that no pins is bendt under itself during =
install.
A magnifying glas or a stamp magnifying glas (what I use to check =
soldering) would be of great help here.
U1 on front panel board is the LCD driver. I think the problem is around =
here some place.
