[Elecraft] K2 KDSP2 not sticky

Hello Gang,

I read a post or two about the KDSP2 being sticky and remembering where =
he was between power offs and ons.  Maybe I have a problem.  With DSP in =
BYP I power down.  When I power up DSP is ON!!    Well, the display =
shows C1 nr which implies DSP is ON.  I'd rather this not happen.  Any =
way to stop this??
