[Elecraft] KX1 Prob on First Test

DC voltage checks O.K.   EXCEPT  U1 pin 6 s/b 6 +/-0.25Vdc and is actually
about 0.03 Vdc and slightly fluctuating. It is the /mute line which goes to 
pin 2 of J6 for which there is no connection and also to R29 following the 
Product Detector and that resistor is not installed so there should be 
nothing 
loading down that line. 

All the soldering looks very good, none of the pins on U1 are bent. I don't
see where more than +5Vdc goes into U1. Where does the +6Vdc come from?
What is pulling pin 6 down to almost zero?  Suggestions?
