Hi Ron,

This is indicative of some kind of AUXBUS timing problem.  One cause of 
this (that I experienced) is having a KAT100 attached but not connected 
to a power supply.  In my case, if the KAT100 interface cable was 
connected while the KAT100 was not connected to the PS, my DSP didn't 
work!  Check this out.
