[Elecraft] K2/100 and KAT100 odd behavior

At 400w out of the Acom1000, the output of the amp varies no more than 10w 
or so after the first couple of dits. I can live with that just fine.
I am entirely happy with the Acom 1000 in conjunction with my K2, 100Wpa 
and KAT100.

I just ran up 670 contacts for a claimed score of 221,571 using this 
combination in the CQWW160M contest without a single problem with QSK or 
power fluctuations.
The K2 is a great reciver for contest use. I was mostly using a filter 
setting of 400 hz with the KDSP Audio filter set to 400 Hz also. I did not 
use the KDSP noise reduction, my ears do the same job at least as well.

I generally run with the K2's QSK set as fast as it goes and I have tweaked 
my K2 to be a little faster than standard.
