[Elecraft] K2 no power out

Hi:

I've run into a problem in my K2's Alignment and Test, Part
III. I made it through the 40m transmitter alignment ok, but noticed
that the current drain was a little high, about 0.2 to 0.3 A higher than
the typical ranges. (Later, I determined by changing LCD to day, and
Grph to Off, I was able to get the current drain to lie between the
typical limits) I thought I'd start checking voltages and discovered
that I didn't know how to measure voltages on the transmit mode
components. Are those measurements made at low power? VDC or VAC?
Anyway, I continued with the Receiver Pre-alignment ok. Then I tried to
do the final Transmitter Alignment on the other bands, and found that I
can now only get a power out of ~ 0.2 watts with the power control set
to 2.0 watts on all bands. Did I fry a semiconductor by poking around
with my DMM?

I re-checked the resistance measurements at the end of Part
III, and found all of them to be within spec except Q7 collector to
ground. My original reading was 3.724k, which is greater than 500 ohms.
I now measure anywhere from a few megohms to a few hundred kilohms. It
varies quite a bit.

Any other measurements I can do to zero in on the cause of
my problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
