Joe,

For 20 and 30 meters, K9 should be the only low pass relay in the set
position (pins 3-4 and pins 7-8 closed, pins 2-3 and 8-9 should be open).
Either your pin counting is in error (it is easy to get pins of one relay
mixed with another since they are so close) or something is awry with both
K9 and K10. While I really have no doubt that you can count correctly, but
it is worth a double check. The schematic shows the relays in the reset
position.

Trouble shooting why I can't get any output when adjusting L8, L9, C21 & C23
for 20/30m, I have pulled L18, L19 & L20 to make sure there is good solder
connections. I reseated C21 and C23. I checked all caps in the BPF and LPF
for value and good solder connection. I checked K4a to make sure pin 3-4
were latched and pin 2-3 were open. I checked K4b to make sure pin 7-8 were
closed and pin 8-9 were open. All seems in order.

Something about K9 tho. I would expect to see K9a pin 2-3 open and K9b pin
3-4 closed due to band selection 14.100. However, K9a pin 2-3 is closed,
pin 3-4 is closed ?? K9b pin 7-8 is closed and pin 8-9 is closed. At the
same time, looking at 12/10m K10a pin 2-3 closed, ,pin 3-4 closed, K10b pin
7-8 closed, pin 8-9 closed. This seems strange to me.
