Thanks Charles for the comments on broadbanded nature of twin conductor fed
OCF.
I will review Cebik and Orr who also experimented a lot with various OCF.

The original so called Windom may have been a special case of Tee antenna,
Not the OCF.
That is because Ohio State was pretty sure, (stated it was one frequency
antenna).

Indeed there might be something vastly different going on between the two.
Fun to try since I have the RF ammeters equal or better to what Ohio State
Windom team used.


What was interesting from the 1929 piece was the trolley arrangement they
used to pull two meters across the flat top wire.   Pulleys had leads from
the meter attached and made electrical contact with wire.  Simple and pulled
across by strings on either end of trolley.
