Hopefully, having the feedpoint balun, prevents some currents from reaching
the outer braid of the coax.  A more light weight solution I plan to explore
are some ferrite beads that slip over the end of coax.  Another shield
blocking technique is to coil as much as 6 turns of coax at the feedpoint,
in a solenoid form to as to not couple antenna side to feeder side of the
coax.  Depending on the coax, the coil, (choke) unit could weigh as much as
a coil and form balun.

George W5YR was kind enough to pick up some coax large beads for me to test;
and commented that the LC or the KX1 TU was available in schematic on web so
you could figure maximum impedance available for matching.
