[Elecraft] K2 PLL fixed

Hi all:

After making the PLL temp mod my PLL would not change frequency in accord 
with the instructions from U5 and U6 on the RF board.  There was something wrong 
with the digital signals getting to pins 1, 2 or 3 of U5 the DAC.  The "cure" 
was resoldering everything in sight. But that did not work.  However, when I 
pulled the front panel board and resoldered everything on it the problem was 
resolved.  I soldered all connector pins as well as ICs, etc. 

The moral to the story is that the toe bone is indeed connected to the 
shoulder bone! If you have a control problem you might broaden your area of concern 
and resolder everything.
