[Elecraft] K2 Transmitter Alignment

Thanks for all the tips on spinning C21 & C23 prior to aligning 20m and 30m.
I understand the reasoning, so I spun 'til I felt silly and the alignment
just doesn't come in.  With power set for 2.0, aligning for 20m I get a
reading of only 0.3 adjusting L8 & L9 top to bottom.  Adjusting C21 & C23
makes no difference, either.  So I have a board problem for sure.  Any other
tips.  Any voltages I can check on the 20m-30m circuit?
