[Elecraft] Info for intl. CC payment probs

I had a similar problem with European American Express card several times,
always with Elecraft.
My CC agent informed me that Elecraft is registered like a cash machine (not
as a merchant). My business Amex CC has a $500 monthly limit for getting
cash, and because my purchase from Elecraft exceeded that amount, my CC was
declined.
I had to explain that Elecraft is not a cash machine, and my CC agent
temporarily removed the limit, so Lisa was able to process the transaction.
Elecraft should check how they are registered with Amex, to avoid more
problems in the future.
