[Elecraft] PLL Reference Oscillator Range Test - Out of Range

Dennie;
This range will not work in the K2.  The low frequency is about right, but
the high frequency should be very near 12100 kHz.  You need to check the
voltage at pin 1 of U6A.  It should be near 8 volts for the high frequency
reading.  I suspect you will find it is much lower.  If it is near 8 volts,
check to make sure you are getting near 8 volts across D16 and D17.  If this
is normal, make sure that all of the parts around Q19 are correct.
