[Elecraft] VCO Votage Readings

Good afternoon Elecrafters:

Just another quick question for you.          All   VCO voltages are
within spec's except those on 80 meters.            3500 KHz  showing
.38 Volts     and   4000 KHz  showing 1.58 Volts.

All cap values ( C71 to C74 )  are correct.       All diodes ( D21 to
D26 )  are correct and installed correctly.  T5 has the correct number
of turns although I'm not sure about the spacing yet.   I have the
correct slug in L30.

All other bands are fine with the average voltage being 4.41 Volts.

So,  is this something I need be concerned about and if so,   where
should I be looking ????????
