[Elecraft] HP 3466A DMM

Another good DMM which shows up quite often at hamfests is the HP3466A,
autorange and easy to use.  I picked one up for $15 at a local hamfest.  The
batteries were dead, but for the bench it is ideal.  It is really too big
for portable use, for that I use a cheap RS DMM.

I had previously used one of these when doing engineering on the bench, so I
was familiar with its capability.
