[Elecraft] K2 BFO Parameter rewrite macro

It's very tedious to rewrite all the BFO parameters, for example after
recalibrating C22. It's also VERY easy to miss one. Looks to me (reading the
Prgmrs Ref, I haven't tried yet) like a macro can do all these steps.

Wayne/Eric: Any plans to put in firmware a ReWriteAll menu command?

K2ers: Anyone written the Kio2 macro to do them all? I could run it after
CAL PLL and be sure all had been "touched" and rewritten.

If not, I'll build one and post it for everybody.
